I am no expert when it comes to rating yoga teachers but I can say that I like Zita's approach to the discipline. She provides me with enough theoretical tidbits, that pique my interest, so that I find myself thinking about what she said during class long after it's over. However, she's not pushy with the more esoterical stuff so one does not feel overwhelmed by it. She challenges my body and my mind and that's what I need right now as I look to the future. I can see myself doing this for a very long time. Hopefully, Zita will continue to offer classes in my neighbourhood so that I can continue to learn from her.

I didn't know what to expect from yoga class or if I'd even be able to do it since I have chronic pain due to back problems. Zita's gentle approach which includes addressing the mind, body, and soul is suitable to anyone.
