I believe in joy and laughter ... the kind of happiness that is felt at the centre of one's being and that radiates to those whose lives you touch.

I believe in honesty, trust and faithfulness.

I believe in living holistically and with integrity.

I believe there is beauty in everything and everyone for we are all manifestations of the Divine.

I believe in risking looking like a fool to follow your heart and your dreams.

I believe there is hope for the environment.

I believe in the wisdom of children and that they have much to teach us if we are willing to listen.

I believe in the innocence of children and that it is our collective responsibility to nurture, love and support their precious souls.

I believe in the transformative power of yoga to help us understand who we are, what we believe and what is important in life.

Riverview Yoga is a culmination of all that I believe. It is a representation of my desire to share the spiritual path of yoga with those that wish to embark on their own journey of self-discovery and bliss.
